TEDxTorino is the Turin edition of the globally renowned TED format, an international platform dedicated to spreading innovative and transformative ideas through engaging talks, artistic performances, and multidisciplinary contributions.
Organized entirely independently by a passionate and visionary local community, TEDxTorino aims to act as a catalyst for innovation, creativity, and dialogue. The event offers a unique platform to explore new perspectives, stimulate critical thinking, and foster a positive impact on the local territory and society at large.
Every year, TEDxTorino brings together diverse voices — innovators, artists, scientists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries — who share their experiences and ideas, inspiring the audience to reflect, connect, and take action. It is an extraordinary opportunity for those who wish to be part of a dynamic community, forward-looking and ready to turn challenges into opportunities.
During my internship at Colibrì Vision, I had the opportunity to contribute to the TEDxTorino project as a graphic designer. My responsibilities included designing badges for staff, speakers, and attendees, as well as creating the official event booklet.
Each design, including the booklet, was developed based on the materials and specifications provided by the client. The graphics were carefully crafted to maintain visual consistency with the event’s social media branding, incorporating the same gradients, colors, and visual elements. The badges were designed to be printed and customized with each individual’s name at the bottom, while the booklet contained key information about TEDxTorino, including the program, speaker profiles, and partner/sponsor details.
Overall, the project allowed me to apply creative design solutions while ensuring cohesion across all visual assets, contributing to a polished and unified brand experience for the event.
